  • High-Rigidity Natural Granite Structure
    Utilizes a natural Jinan granite base, column, and worktable. Featuring high rigidity, deformation resistance, and excellent vibration dampening, it effectively enhances measurement stability and long-term accuracy.
  • High-Precision Transmission and Guiding System
    Equipped with enclosed high-precision glass linear scales, precision linear guide rails, and toothless screw friction drive technology. It ensures smooth operation, low noise, and precise positioning, maintaining high-precision performance even under long-term use.
  • High-Brightness LED Optical Illumination
    The bottom light adopts an adjustable parallel-lens LED cold light source, paired with a 3-ring multi-angle LED ring light. This makes workpiece contour imaging clearer while reducing measurement errors caused by heat sources. Coaxial illumination is optional based on requirements.
  • High-Resolution Imaging System
    Equipped with a high-resolution color digital camera and a 6.5:1 continuous zoom lens. It allows for quick magnification switching without the need for recalibration, providing clear and smooth image quality.
  • l  High-Stability Z-Axis Design
    The Z-axis features a parallel guide rail combined with a counterweight structure, improving positioning accuracy and motion stability. This effectively prevents slipping/dropping and enhances measurement reliability.
