In response to the rapidly changing internal and external business environment and the challenges posed by sustainability issues, HEADWAY has identified and assessed various risk factors, developed corresponding risk response measures, and strengthened operational risk management to effectively address short-term to medium- and long-term risks.

Annually outsourcing qualified suppliers to perform maintenance and inspection of high-voltage electrical equipment (HVEE) to prevent serious accidents and safety issues caused by high-voltage equipment failures. Regular inspections ensure that the high-voltage electrical equipment complies with safety standards, helping to reduce regulatory risks and enhance compliance.
