Waste Recycling and Reuse

HEADWAY sells the large amount of metal shavings generated during the production process to resource recycling vendors for reuse as materials. In addition to increasing the economic value of industrial reuse, HEADWAY also reduces the generation of metal shavings by improving production efficiency and shortening equipment operating time. Furthermore, 30% of the revenue from selling the metal shavings is allocated for employee benefits.

Dagang Youth

For two consecutive years since 2021, HEADWAY has participated in the "Dagang Youth Internship Matching Program" with the Kaohsiung City Government to provide quality internship opportunities for students with local responsibilities, hoping that more talents will join HEADWAY and grow together.
