Automatic production is the trend nowadays. Guide shafts, also known as guide axes, are widely use. Shafts can be classified according to their applications: linear guide shafts for linear motion, rotating shafts for rotary applications, and bars for pillar applications.
Features of the guide post holder, such as the guide bar type is longer than the standard type, so the holding and supporting force is improved; the vertical accuracy can reach 0.02, so it is easy to install with precise positioning; the flange shape is diversified, there are round, square, two-sided cutting flange type, and choosing two-sided cutting flange type can solve the space; it can also use the gap of the mounting hole (through hole) for fine adjustment, so it can be used for on-site positioning.
The angle of the guiding shaft support mounting plate and the interval of shaft guiding support mounting for the 2 guiding shafts in parallelism of the shaft support. The guiding shaft support bracket can be installed only through the holes machined in the guiding shaft support bracket plate.
The hinge structure uses a shaft flange, which allows to increase the angle of the shaft. The selection of the guide shaft end shape allows for different mounting. Careful consideration should be made, for example, temporary fixing (guide shaft, movable parts, shaft support bracket) to the plate first, and then fixing the mounting plate to the surrounding structure, etc. It is also good to continue installation and maintenance, so it should be prepared in the design stage.
