To provide flexibility for procurement and application requirements, the KLT series is classified into "Pre-assembled Type" (cut and assembled by the original factory according to orders, with assembly accuracy reaching precision grade) and "Single-unit Type" (spline shaft and outer cylinder can be shipped separately, convenient for custom inventory and self-assembly).
The nominal code coding logic is as follows

- KLT: Spline outer cylinder type (Cylinder type)

- Compact and Streamlined Cylinder Structure: The outer cylinder features a compact, flangeless design (Cylinder Type), and its overall size is compact, which can significantly save internal installation space within equipment. It is particularly well-suited for precision sliding mechanisms with cantilever loads or limited space.
- Unique Gothic Arch Groove Design: Utilizing a precision-ground Gothic arch 40° angular contact rolling groove structure, it possesses extremely large load capacities in both radial and torque directions. It perfectly bears composite loads and effectively suppresses vibrations during high-speed operation.
- Zero Backlash in Rotational Direction: Through the precision integration of opposed ball rows (2 or 4 rows) and adjusted preloading methods, backlash in the rotational direction can be completely eliminated. It continues to demonstrate excellent rigidity and precise indexing performance under frequent forward and reverse operations.
- High Load Capacity and Ultra-High Durability: Under the same shaft diameter conditions, the rated load of a ball spline is more than ten times that of conventional linear bearings (linear ball bushings). This allows structural designs to be further miniaturized, ensuring safe operation even under torque or cantilever loads.
- Anti-Drop Special Design for Simple Assembly: The outer cylinder features a special design with a ball-retaining circulator. Even if the spline nut is removed from the shaft, the steel balls will not drop out, making routine assembly, maintenance, and inspection of the equipment easier and safer.
- High-Flexibility Shaft End Alterations: The entire specification range supports high-flexibility, precision-customized shaft end alterations. Whether it is stepped shafts, external threads, keyways, or special drilled holes, they can all be precisely executed according to the customer's drawings, effectively shortening assembly time.
