- Flanged Dustproof Design: The HLF series belongs to the flanged dustproof type of ball splines. The spline nut is equipped with dust seals and circulators, which effectively prevent foreign matter such as impurities and chips from entering the interior of the nut, ensuring the operational lifespan of the ball recirculation components.
- Gothic Arch Groove & Combined Load Carrying Capacity: Specially designed for high-end automation, it features a unique Gothic arch 40-degree angular contact groove design. In addition to high sensitivity, it offers exceptional load capacity in both radial and torque directions, perfectly sustaining combined loads and effectively suppressing vibrations during high-speed operations.
- Zero Backlash in Rotational Direction & High Rigidity: By utilizing opposing rows of 2 to 4 ball bearing tracks to combine the spline shaft and the spline nut, rotational clearance can be eliminated through preload adjustment to achieve zero backlash. Simultaneously, high torsional and moment rigidity are obtained, ensuring precise indexing even under frequent forward and reverse operations.
- Compact Structure & Significant Space Saving: Given the same shaft diameter, the rated load capacity of a ball spline is more than ten times that of a traditional linear bushing. Consequently, it can replace complex mechanisms, rendering the overall design exceptionally compact and small, allowing for safe usage even under cantilever loads or large moment forces.
- High-Grade Alloy Steel & Professional Heat Treatment: The shaft body and spline nut are meticulously selected from high-grade alloy steel (such as SCM440/SUJ2).
