- Cylindrical Dust-Proof Design: The HLT series features a cylindrical dust-proof ball spline design. High-protection dust seals are equipped at both ends of the outer cylinder to effectively prevent foreign matter and chips from invading the internal steel ball circulation structure, ensuring high cleanliness and smooth operation under high-speed rotation.
- Gothic Arch Grooves & 40° Large Contact Angle: Utilizing a unique contact point design, it features a large 40° contact angle. It possesses an exceptionally large load capacity in both radial and torque directions, allowing it to perfectly bear composite loads and effectively suppress vibrations during high-speed operation.
- Zero Backlash in Rotational Direction & High Rigidity: The outer cylinder is tightly integrated with the spline shaft via 2 to 4 opposing rows of ball tracks. By applying an appropriate preload method (such as light preload P2 or medium preload P3), the rotational backlash can be reduced to zero. This significantly enhances torque and moment rigidity, enabling precise indexing even under frequent forward and reverse rotations.
- Compact Volume, Replacing Complex Mechanisms: For the same shaft diameter, the rated load capacity of a ball spline is more than ten times that of a conventional linear bushing. The lightweight and compact structure not only greatly saves installation space and reduces energy waste, but also ensures safe and long-lasting operation even under cantilever loads or heavy moments.
- High Safety & Easy Assembly: The steel ball circulation section incorporates a special retaining design. Even if the spline outer cylinder is detached from the spline shaft, the steel balls will not fall out, making equipment assembly, inspection, and maintenance extremely easy.
- Premium Material Selection & Precision Customization: The outer cylinder and shaft body are meticulously selected from high-grade alloy steel (such as SCM440/SUJ2), with a surface hardness reaching HRC 58~62. The original factory supports highly flexible shaft-end secondary machining services (such as stepped shafts, external threads, keyways, or special drilling), perfectly shortening your assembly timeline.
