Relation Between Ball Circuits and Load Rating

Due to the uniform circumferential arrangement of ball circuits in linear bearings, the load rating of the bearing is affected by the position where the load is applied. The rated load value indicated in the product specifications is measured under the condition where the load is directly aligned with a single ball circuit. If the load is evenly distributed between two ball tracks, the rated load capacity of the bearing will increase.
